1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of cleaning services provided by Eden Clean & Co. ("we", "us", "our"). By booking our services, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Our Services

We provide domestic, end of tenancy, deep cleaning, Airbnb turnover, commercial and specialist cleaning services as outlined on our website. The scope of each service is agreed at the time of booking and may be subject to a site visit or additional assessment for certain properties.

3. Bookings & Payments

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone or via email. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. We accept secure payments via Stripe, PayPal and other available methods. All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Cancellations & Changes

We understand plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any charge. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Access & Security

You must ensure our team has safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If keys are provided, they must be secure and clearly labelled. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect access details.

6. Your Responsibilities

Please ensure the property is reasonably tidy and accessible before our arrival. Inform us of any specific instructions, fragile items or areas that should not be cleaned. You are responsible for securing pets and informing us of any potential hazards.
